Join Canadian journalist Risha Henrique on her thrilling and often dangerous journey that exposed her to grueling physical and spiritual trials with fire, water, and the wilderness over a period of seven years.

During this time she travelled to some of the most sacred lost earth temples on the planet, from the canyons of Sedona, Arizona to the jungles of the Yucatan to the archipelago of the Azores, long considered a remnant of the lost continent of Atlantis. Her life became a virtual roller coaster ride of out-of-body and near-death experiences in which she lived every imaginable emotion of fear, bewilderment and ecstasy.

Her journey is documented in The Lighted Path (published by Putnam/Berkley).  It all began while she was working on a story about the New Age movement—and trying to define the meaning of today’s spirituality.  The assignment turned into a personal quest. With the help of a gifted medicine woman, she was exposed to fire walks, sweat lodges, vision quests, the deep dream state, sacred sites and forgotten realms.  Her message to us all is one of great hope, illuminating the path of human destiny…and leading us to a higher realm of love, wisdom and deep personal connection.
